| if it twer me I'd pre-cook pork butts bring up to 195 - 200 oe what ever temp you normally would ...
let rest for about 30 minutes, then wrap in commercial film...then foil.. have a cooler with a lot of ice in it .. lay wrapped butts in cooler, then cover with ice...
when you are on "game" day..bring another coooler, this one for warm storage....also bring your smoker, start smoker as you normally would....
leave butts in all the wrapping .... you need to bring butts up to at least 165, as per health department manifesto
shud take about an hour to an hour and a half depending on temp you use
when you have em all heated yup to temp, drop em in the extra cooler your brought, then pull em as needed
throw a few extra logs on the fire around kick off time to let the crowd know you have real smoked BBQ...
